Shouldn't female singers include girls in band?

I think that female singers should have females in their bands as well as males. Being backed by all men seems anti-feminist as it were. It seems to say that women are "only fluff", though if she writes her own songs and plays a guitar it isn't so bad. I am not blaming them- I am guessing that the record company rather than them picks them out. But if I were a female singer, I'd insist on having girls in my band. Going on the road with only men seems a little weird to me.

And if you saw a male singer with only women backing him, wouldn't you find it strange?
