Klaxons are a Mercury Prize winning English band based in London. People have described Klaxons as "acid-rave sci-fi punk-funk," however, they are one of the many few acts being referred to as 'Nu Rave.' They have been nominated as Best New International Act at the MTV Latin American VMA's and Klaxons have been nominated for the MTVU Woodie Awards 2007 in the Left Field catagory.
Shitdisco cancelled their US tour and will not be supporting The Klaxons. The Apes have just been added as support.
